Plain answers
How is the annual dollar recovery calculated?
Team size times weekly hours spent copying data between systems, times 52 weeks, times the share of that time automation removes, times your loaded hourly rate. The recovery share and hourly rate are editable planning assumptions, not guarantees.
Do I need to buy Make, Zapier or other tools from you?
No. Tool subscriptions are billed by the vendors directly to you, and the automations live in your own accounts so you keep ownership.
What is the difference between the three packages?
Starter Bridge automates one workflow between two systems. Core Systems Sync keeps up to three systems in step in both directions, including a GoHighLevel CRM bridge. Enterprise Custom Architecture is a custom AWS Lambda and PostgreSQL layer for event-driven sync with a staging environment and a runbook.
How do you handle access and security?
We ask for least-privilege access, keep credentials out of documents and tickets, and ask you to revoke our access at handover.
Is ongoing support included?
Each package includes a documented handover. Ongoing monitoring and later changes are scoped and quoted separately so you only pay for what you use.
